PROCEDURE FOR WIRE MESH REPLACEMENT ON JIG-FIXTURE

1. Remove existing Wire Mesh by loosening /removing Nut-Bolts.
2. Remove Top Ring, take out existing Wire Mesh.
3. Loose Bolts of Jig ( shown in following Figure )and Place Screen Ring on Bolts.
4. Place Square Shape Wire Mesh on Top of The Screen and ensure wire mesh should cover outer edge of Jig Ring ,then put M.S.Mesh Holding Ring, stretch wire mesh Manually from 4 sides ,then tighten "c"clamps from out side of the Jig (Given by Nishi Techno-Sys)
5. Start Tighting of Bolts simultaneously (1 alternate 1) BOLTS shown in following Figure, When you observe mesh is tighten properly (ensure mesh should tighten, like DRUM Tighten), then place Top ring of Screen Ring (which is removed by you while removing existing wire mesh)
6. Fix up Nut-Bolts by puncture wire mesh, where wire mesh crossing holes provided on screen Ring.
7. Cut extra portion of wire mesh by hand cutter, make outer surface of screen ring smooth by menace of slight grinder.
