Applications of Vibro Screen / Vibratory Separator / Cross Flow Separator are divide in to three basic category

1. Dry separation and Conveying.
2. Dry classification : precise division of dry materials to sized fractions
3. Solid liquid separation : Dewatering or concentration of solids, clarification of liquids.

DRY SEPRATION :

Foods - recovery of rice from hulls, coffee beans from chaff, and tea from bags, Dust separation from Final Sugar.

Removal of Sugar Seeds – After Sugar Grader ,if you install vibro screen with 24 to 40 mesh ,then it can separate small sugar particles.

Chemical and Petrochemicals – catalyst beds are classified into laudum balls, scale, clean catalyst pellets, and dust.

Minerals – Separation of rock dust from asbestos shorts, alumina from rotary kiln brick impurities, and stones from pit sand.

Animal Feeds – Scalping of foreign material from mash; removal of bone chips from meat meal.

Grains – separation of dockage (wheat, wild oats, etc.) from flaxseeds; cleaning of agricultural seeds and grains.

DRY CLASSIFICATION

Foods – pea grading, instant coffee powders, ground coffees, dried milk, sugars, salts, cereals, starches, spices, nuts, rebottling flour, sugar, potato power and flakes, powdered eggs, candies, powdered cheese, and bread crumbs.

Chemicals - polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene and other plastic pellets, melamine, cellulose acetate, polystyrene, sodium carbonate, calcium carbide, copper sulphate, detergents, adipic acid, iron oxide, caustic soda flake, di-calcium phosphate, stearic acid, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, sodium sulphate, potassium iodide, sodium alginate, borax, calcium carbonate, silicon carbide, monosodium glutamate, alum, calcium chloride, and sodium cyanide.

Minerals and Metals – Nishi Techno-sys Conveyors/ Rotary Valve / Vibro Screens are used for metal powders such as (aluminium, copper, bronze, nickel, iron, magnesium etc.), barrettes, silica, bauxite, cement, brick clay, coke, fluorspar, limestone, mica, perlite, talc, antimony, dolomite, feldspar, diatomaceous earth, rock salt, and nepheline syenite. Pulp and wood products – wood chips, particleboard, sawdust, and wood flour.

Pharmaceuticals – aspirin, boric acid, Epsom salts, sodium bicarbonate, tablet de-dusting, and granulation’s.

Fertilizers – granulated mixes; potash; phosphate rock; urea; and ammonium nitrate, sulfates, and phosphates.

Abrasives – carborundum, aluminium oxide, and blasting silica.

SOLIDS / LIQUID SEPERATION of Vibro Screen / Vibro Separator / Vibro sifter

1. Sugar –

Mixed Juice – This juice is generated after Crushing of sugar cane in mill first Mixed juice screened through DSM Screen which is having 4 to 6 mm holes ,it helps to remove chips of Cane and also remove some impurities like stones ,mud etc. after DSM Screen juice is passing through Vibro Screen / Vibratory Screen this machine is remove further impurities up to 230/270 microns (60 mesh) ,advantage of using vibratory screen at this stage to improve colour of Sugar Crystals.
Filtrate Juice – After Vacuum Filter (Oliver filter) ,Vibro Screen is use to remove fine Fibres from juice 125 microns (120 mesh)
Sugar Melt – After sugar Grader ,seeds (small particles) containing some impurities in solid form to remove that impurities sugar needs to melt with water . Here juice is hot up to 40 -50 degree , we provide vibro screen with 80 mesh to remove solid particles from juice.
Milk of Lime ( Solution of Calcium Carbonate ) – Raw Calcium carbonate is contenting Grits , Vibratory screen can able to remove grits from solution up to 0.2mm size.

2. Pulp and Paper – recovering usable Pulp/ fibre from mill effluent ( Back water ), classification of starch and coating suspension, mill and white water to eliminate shower blocking, recovery of desire size of Coating chemical ( Calcium carbonate )

3. Ceramics –

1) Separation of desire size of body slip ( normally demand is for below 150/200 microns ).
2) Separation of grits from primary Slip with 270/280 microns.

4. Waste Disposal – clarification of white fibers from pulp mills, cannery wastes, paunch manure from meat packing distillery slop.

Foods –casein curd from whey, protein particles from yeast slurry, corn fiber from starch slurry, and gluten from wheat starch; dewatering of fruits and vegetables, spent coffee grounds, potato slices, instant rice, and tuna; clarifying of chocolate liquor, French fry oil, molasses, caustic bottle wash, and apple or citrus juices prior to filtration.

Chemicals – separation of salt from glycerin, polyethylene from extruder water, coagulum form latex, and aligns from digestion liquor, dewatering of digested reclaim rubber and T.N.T., clarifying of polyvinyl acetate emulsions, paints, and enamels. Pulp – dewatering of rejects before refining; dewatering of knots.

Chemicals – clarify aluminium paint suspension, removal of Lumps from Paint remove oversize particles from suspension fed to nozzle centrifuges, dewater Glauber salt while removing silt, and classify pigments.

Minerals – separate impurities from kaolin slurry prior to centrifuging; classification of silica / River Sand / Dolomite / Zirconium / Quartz / Chalk powder/ Calcium carbonate / Oxides to remove iron impurities, columbium ore in closed circuit grinding, and cement slurry following ball mills.

Applications of Conveyors and Rotary Valve

Basic needs of conveyor is to reduce manpower and to achieve production rate in economical way with perfection in quality.

Rotary Valve is require to feed powder/ semi powder material from Silo / Hopper at constant feed rate. Useful in Cement , Dyes, Fertilizers, Mineral, Food, Chemical powder industries.
